Lifetime of Desire

Very typically. like any other kid, I longed for acceptance and to fit in, whatever that meant way back then. It was somewhere around 12 or 13 that I started to understand, being there for people was a path to create some assemblance or relevance. At the time, of course, I didn't understand much of anything, except that I had an overwhelming desire to have more, be more, do more. It only took me another 25 years to truly understand what I needed to to create a truly wellthy life. As crazy it sounds to me now, the real mission is only just now beginning.

Biography timeline 

1965 - 1983

1984 - 1994

1995 - 2004

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Robert spent most of his youth in both Highland Park (northeast LA) and Echo Park. As an entrepreneur at a very young age, he opted to work for his father out of high-school rather than go to college.

Robert spent most of his early adult years with guys from the wrong side of the track. Easy to do during the 80's and early 90's on the streets of LA. "I'm incredibly grateful for those dangerous times I spent with all the wrong people. They taught me so much in what not to do and what not to be. I thank God for elevating me out of that world."

After starting his first real business in the early 90's, which was a flood restoration business in Palm Springs, he began designing websites on the side. In 1995, before there was any websites at all, he landed his first client, a travel agency out of Glendale, CA. Archer Travel.

Robert spent the next 7 years pioneering online travel websites, search engines and technologies. In 2002, he partnered with a travel tech guru and they collectively created the first meta-search vacation search engine. What happens next changes everything.

Travopoly.

Travopoly becomes WorldVentures

December 5th, 2005

Travopoly, a play on words, meaning "a monopoly in travel" was the world's first meta-search engine that could search more than just hotels and airfares, it searched vacation deals. To this day, there is still no other vacation meta-search in the world.

Mr. Oblon set out on what he thought was a crazy mission, and that was to launch his own travel network marketing company.

After over 4 years of development, searching for the right partners and almost going bankrupt, Robert and his technology partnered with a couple of well-known travel networkers and they collectively formed the company WorldVentures, which launched December 5th, 2005.

Mr. Oblon's contributions, vision and ideas helped shape the first four years of the company with undeniable success.

Along with WV reps Aaron Lewis and Tim Gillin, Robert crafted what became an International phenomenon on a little blue sign. That fateful day on the Robert Oblon birthday cruise in 2007 led to the creation of the RMD video, which led to what is arguably one of the greatest tag lines in MLM history.

DreamTrips "Movie" 2007

Robert Oblon WorldVentures

Robert pioneered the next level of video marketing in MLM when he launched the first "movie" video for the WorldVentures Dreamtrips program. It was truly one of a kind at the time.

Virtual Training Platform

In the beginning of 2006, Mr. Oblon brought WorldVentures into the first true virtual online training platform. In his partnership with LightspeedVT in Las Vegas, WorldVentures was the first MLM within the now incredibly popular LSVT.

For the first 4 years in business, along with Director of Training Marc Accetta, Robert's DNA helped create and shape the culture of what would become the largest travel MLM in history.

The Very 1st Incentive Trip

Mr. Oblon created and produced the very first company incentive trip, called the RMD Trip for the rank of Regional Marketing Director and above. This is the infamous event where the "You Should Be Here" tagline became reality.

Dreamtrips Magazine

 Robert was the co-author and co-publisher for WorldVentures very first magazine called Dreamtrips along with the publishing company at the time. The Dreamtrips magazine came out in 2008 and was instrumental in the success of the company over the next couple years.

Your Success Network is born

2010 - 2018 Dallas Texas

In 2010, Robert did what he was most passionate about at the time, virtual online training, and set out to build a production studio in Dallas, TX where he lived. The studio initially was focused on strategic partnerships, such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Rachel's Challenge, but soon ventured into trying to create lanes of opportunities, such as The Teen Success Network, Foster Success Network and more.

Robert's initial vision was inspired by John C. Maxwell's story of reading personal developments in his teens. So he created the Teen Success Network and crafted a unique business model, which was having the teens teach the teens. He then partnered with BBBS to build teen content as well as big brother training, which is still in use to this day.

Multiple attempted opportunities did not become financial viable for the vision at the time. Video production for hire became the primary vehicle for keeping the dream alive.

"The Teen Success Network by far had the most legs. We discovered that teenagers were far more likely to learn from, and listen to, other teens than from grown adults. I crafted a way for some of the more talented kids to read a teleprompter and read my scripts and produce valuable content, but sadly, I couldn't find a way to monetize it and I didn't have the resources at the time to promote it myself. I still believe the method of teens teaching teens will work, and maybe even more so today. One of these days, I'm going to go back to it and finish what I started. I know it can work."

"Back in the early 20-teens, I was still very much filled with PTSD with MLM and had zero intension of ever going back. Out of necessity, and because of the relationships in the industry, I was forced back in, so to speak, in order to keep my vision of virtual training alive. Those opportunities became invaluable at the time as I learned how many companies  and owners were in the profession for all the wrong reasons. So much greed and ego and lack of concern for the people in the field, I eventually decided that maybe it was time for me to try it again."

FourOceans cannot sustain the vision

2013 - 2015 Dallas Texas

FourOceans was an attempt to marry together both personal development and travel. Mr. Oblon believed (and still does) that he could help people in their pursuit of happiness through the new-found knowledge that happiness fuels success and not the other way around, as most of us were led to believe. Robert acquired (and still owns) the former TSTN (The Success Training Network), and set out to deliver both online personal development training and traveling events featuring the trainers. A novel concept utilizing Mr. Oblon's travel background and relationships, he then wrapped it into a Direct Selling model and took it to market. After 2 years and many uphills battles, from being under funded to mischievous travel suppliers, FourOceans did not make it out of 2015.

No Straight Lines

One of the long time "coaching" elements Mr. Oblon uses at events is the reality is that there are no straight lines to success. In his on examples and journey of what it has taken to succeed, is to understand that failures come along for the ride. If and when you're an entrepreneur, especially if you believe in a vision and are on a mission to accomplish it, you will learn and realize that it's never a straight line to get there, as Robert's journey clearly proves.

The Launch of Elevacity

2016 - 2019 Dallas Texas

Elevacity was a brand created by Mr. Oblon that fell in line with his continued and never-ending vision of "elevating" lives. As you might have noticed, he has created many unique brand identities that play on words, with the intent to stand out in the crowd. Although Elevacity was conceptualized in 2014, it didn't actually come to life until the right product showed up in 2016.

In late 2017, Robert coined yet another brand identity called Elepreneurs as part of his vision to sepearte the incredible products of Elevacity from the opportunity itself. As another play on words, Elepreneurs was simply based on "Elevated Entrepreneurs", which it appeared they certainly were.

Creation of D.O.S.E

Mr. Oblon launched Elevacity because of two revolutionary products, both of which were the first of their kind in Direct Selling. Nootropic infused coffee, and xanthohumol, an extract from the hops plant. Together they formed what he called D.O.S.E., which was an acronym for dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins. The combination was truly transformational and became the nucleus of the fastest growing company of 2018.

Mr. Oblon was the first to pioneer the separation of products from the opportunity. He created Elepreneurs as the opportunity site and model to for distributors to sell the Elevacity products

Fastest Growing In 2018

In 2019, Elepreneurs took the Number 1 position as the fastest growing company in the world with a 4800% growth marker during the year of 2018. Mr. Oblon is 1 of only 5 owners who have ever achieved a $100 million sales volume in 18 months or less.

On February 28th, 2020, the then parent company Sharing Services Global (SHRG) and Mr. Oblon entered into a settlement agreement after a 7 month legal battle between Mr. Oblon, the Founder of said companies, and the company and its officers, all of whom Mr. Oblon originally hired in an effort to "amicably settle our differences". Mr. Oblon was given millions of dollars to settle all claims. You can read the details here

One year later, on February 23rd, 2021, Elepreneurs, in an attempt to regain momentum, rebranded the company to "The Happy Co." As of this writing in late 2022, The Happy Co has had multiple CEOs come and go, and has been unable to replicate the original mission, vision and momentum originally created.

"If I'm being blunt and brutally honest, I will tell you the greatest plague in Network Marketing today is greed and ego, with ego being by far the biggest killer of opportunity. I've seen it over and over again; so-called leaders who gain some financial success, are rightfully recognized by the company and before long, they believe their own press. Not long after that, they become cancer in the field if they don't get more and more of the limelight. Eventually, they target the owners or founders who actually did the work to create the opportunity for them in the first place. It's really hard to find humble, salt of the earth people that really and truly care more about helping others than "Edging God Out" or commonly referred to as EGO."

Introducing HAPInss Brands

2020 - 2022 Indianapolis, Indiana

During the course of the previous year's legal battle and settlement, Mr. Oblon was introduced to a new nutritional technology that dramatically aided his wife's auto-immune issues. After a long and difficult journey with his most recent business journey, he had intended to semi-retire and begin anew in Indianapolis.

It soon became obvious that the power of the new technology, which centered on gut health, needed to be brought to more people and it was clear there was only one distribution model that made sense. Mr. Oblon called it HAPInss Brands, an acronym for happiness and Nutritional Science Systems (nss).

The Gut Health Triad

It wasn't long before a product trio emerged due to Mr. Oblon's previous success within the health and wellness space.

A gut health product line was born called The Triad and emerged as an industry leading technology due to the exclusive raw materials and ingredients nucleotides and tributyrin (butyric acid).

Similar to his previous company, Mr. Oblon created two online environments, one for distributors called Amplifei and HAPInss Brands for product sales.

The Original Coffee

As part of the continuation of an incredible journey as the first person to bring nootropic coffee to Direct Selling, Mr. Oblon launched a new coffee formulation based on the success of his previous company.

Amped Coffee, labeled as The Original Coffee as even though the FDA removed a key ingredient in the original version, was able to emulate the intended outcome of the first version.

HAPInss Brands becomes Uforia

April 2022

Uforia Science, which launched in 2018, was a company specializing in customized nutrition through simple DAN swab tests. Providing epigenetic reports was a powerful way to take action on someone's health journey and customized nutrition is definitely unique, in fact, no other company doing the same.

As part of a need for new manufacturing and fulfillment after Mr. Oblon's former manufacturer was sold, he was offered the opportunity to add the incredible technology to the HAPInss Brands offerings.

Based on the patented technology and history of the brand, it was decided that HAPInss Brands would become Uforia Brands as the two companies joined forces under Mr. Oblon's business model

Continuing what was started with the launch of HAPInss Brands, and the marrying of two unique and powerful brands, Mr. Oblon decided it was necessary to properly unify the storyline and marketing initiatives.

Nucleogenex was born, based one of the key and exclusive ingredients, nucleotides.

As usual, Mr. Oblon is the designed and visionary creator of all visual assets, videos and marketing processes, including the recently launched Nucleo Professionals, the non MLM division of the company.

A message from Robert Oblon

Thank you for taking the time to be here and read about my story.
I live my life in pure gratitude and believe the challenges we go through in life is what you might call "contrast". If you didn't go through trials and tribulations, you wouldn't have a desire for more or  motivation to change your circumstance.

In business it can me even more challenging, more complex and frankly, a lot harder. For me, that's simply because in my role, many people are dependent on what I am doing, building or planning. When things don't go as planned or those challenges show up, it's quite a bit more pressure to find the path through, around, over, or otherwise continue forward.

The saddest thing in the world is when people quit. Quit on life, in relationships or in business. The greatest tragedy is when we quit too soon, or at all and stay in our comfort zones and avoid the contrast.

Embrace the contrast, focus on the future and believe all things are possible. That's what I do.
